Kapton Flexible Heaters
Exceptional thinness combined with high performance — the choice for precision, aerospace and medical applications.

Why choose this technology
A Kapton (polyimide) flexible heater is a paper-thin heating element with an etched-foil circuit laminated between polyimide films. At just 220 µm thick with a bending radius down to ~2 mm and continuous service up to 230°C, it is the reference technology for aerospace, medical and precision instrumentation.
Only 220 µm Thick
The thinnest technology in the range — near-invisible thermal integration.
Extreme Bending Radius
Bending radius down to ~2 mm — wraps around the tightest curves.
High-Temp Performance
Continuous service up to 230°C with peaks to 250°C in a paper-thin profile.
CE Certified
Tested to EN 60335 and RoHS compliant, fully customizable for OEM integration.
